Yeah its spring warm weather time.

Used to take my river jet boat there. Caught big Bull Trout at the front of the dam and fished for Kamloops and other fish in the reservoir ... Same thing at the Libby Dam...

They lower the lake 10’ in the winter to keep the docks out of the ice and for spring run off.
